FIND CLARITY THROUGH LEADERSHIP COACHING

Learning to lead is personal work, but it’s not work you have to do alone. We support you as you move through the noise, uncertainty, and stuckness that can show up as you lead yourself and others.

Leadership Coaching is about you.

Your own strengths and curiosity to learn will carry you through this work. Leadership development coaching boosts your self-awareness, while giving you new skills to put into practice. In other words, you’ll grow from the inside, out.

Four Qualities of Leadership

Develop and practice them during leadership coaching. Use them for life.

1

Self-Awareness

Define your values and your vision. Own your behaviors, beliefs, and emotions that motivate you to achieve your goals and bounce back from challenges.

2

Communication

Develop active listening skills. Learn to build trusting relationships, give (and get) actionable feedback, and build your own coaching skills. Practice empowering and recognizing your team in ways that spark creativity and growth.

3

Creativity

An often overlooked practice of good leadership is the ability to think and act creatively. Learn to take risks, make time to play, imagine future possibilities, and share ideas. Even the weird ones.

4

Complexity

Sharpen your ability to adapt to shifting demands. Learn to recognize and honor the interconnectedness of relationships and develop your problem-solving practices.

What one-on-one coaching sessions look like

Talk things through

Leadership development coaching is a partnership and you are the focus. Every session is an opportunity for you to fully express yourself and your ideas. Your leadership coach will listen on a deep level, ask questions to open up your thinking, and share observations about your situation or opportunity. You’ll brainstorm ideas — together.

Get active support

Often when we’re missing solid leadership in our lives, the void we feel is a lack of support. Anyone who is using their voice to lead needs endorsement, compassion, and acknowledgment. Your leadership coach is not a yes-person but is someone who will recognize where you are, be there with you, and walk beside you as you move forward.

Build your plan

Together we’ll create an action plan that honors your professional development goals and desired timing. We’ll design clear next steps focused on thinking, creating, and doing — you’ll choose what to put into practice, and your coach will make suggestions along the way. As you experiment and learn, we’ll evolve your leadership development plan together.

Stories of Progress

Gaining confidence at work & beyond

“Practical coaching and brainstorming allow me to be more open-minded. From conflicts in the workplace to things I desire in my personal life, I now approach problems and challenges positively. I see a change in my confidence at work, and others see it too. I am now involved in projects that would have felt impossible before.”

Getting clear on goals & leadership ability

“I was on the verge of taking a bigger leap in my business but didn’t know how to do it. I changed my mindset from someone who executes work to someone who leads the company. I am more mindful of my time and energy management and am able to communicate better. I was struggling with people management and developing my employees to their fullest potential. I am now able to give objective, actionable feedback and consistently ask for feedback for myself. This has changed our organization into a more trusting workplace for new ideas to emerge.”

Melanie, Entrepreneur

Rewriting the internal narrative

“Through coaching, I've developed a deeper, richer, and more compassionate understanding of myself. Those learnings have changed how I approach challenges, how I show up and move through different emotions, and how I prioritize balance in my life. Ultimately, it's led me to rewrite the internal narrative I speak about myself. Growth is a choice, and it happens when I actively lean into the uncharted, uncomfortable things. Coaching has shown me that I feel the most myself when I'm being brave. I'll continue to practice this as I move forward.”
