Holly is a leadership coach, a facilitator — and a music maker.

We all want more harmony. Between work, and play. Between who we are, and how we show up. As a musician, mother, Facilitator, and now Leadership Coach, Holly builds and restores balance for her clients, approaching growth with equal parts curiosity and cleverness. With nature as her muse, Holly works like a gentle force herself — a subtle gravity creating a pull toward the clarity and confidence we all want to channel.

HOLLY’S JOURNEY

Coaching, to Holly, is an opportunity to show up 100% real. By being her true self, Holly guides her clients to do the same. To step outside of perfection, and to lead with authenticity, confidence and courage.

A forever student, Holly loves learning. She believes everything (truly everything) is our teacher. Trained in many disciplines including coaching by the Co-Active Training Institute, Holly’s counter note to the seriousness of leadership work is always curiosity. Keeping her own and her clients’ minds wide-open make space to stay creative and values-focused while allowing time for connection and renewal.

When she’s not building harmony between others, Holly creates it through song, dance, and good energy. Always for fun and sometimes professionally, Holly sings and performs music that’s rhythmic, soulful, and occasionally silly. She focuses on music that moves her. Stepping on stage, much like stepping into who you want to be, takes courage.

Finding what calls you and speaks to you takes practice. Doing the practice gives you perspective.

As part of her own study and practice Holly has been speaking in front of crowds for a few decades. In high school and college, competitive speech and acting led Holly to feel at-home on stage, helping her become both calm under pressure and wildly prepared. As a coach, Holly helps clients find their own voice by practicing their leadership presence — big, and out loud.

Holly taps into out-loud play to connect with her daughter too, often dancing and singing as a free-spirited duo rooted in warmth and presence. A coalescence of lightness and depth. Harmony at its finest.

If you’re ready to practice the curious yet serious work of being a leader while honoring what inspires you, here’s your cue.
